Just bought car and having problems with the car not starting, broke down twice! Was promised a new battery at purchase but doesn’t appear to be new, told they would fix it then texted back to make a service appointment, very disappointed so far

I found the staff to be professional and friendly. They have a good selection of quality vehicles and I would shop with Lucas Chevrolet again.
Check in was quick and easy. Waiting room was spacious and free pretzels were a nice touch. Amount of time waited was as expected. All in all it was a good visit.

My daughter and I went to Lucas Chevrolet on 7/28 to look at Jeep’s. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable & helpful the employees are there. Our salesman Joe Wilson, took the time to make sure my daughter got the right vehicle for her! We traded in her old car, and got a 2023 Jeep Wrangler! Will definitely go back there to look for another vehicle!

My experience with Lucas Chevy was extremely good. My salesman, Joe Wilson, went above and beyond to find me a car within my price range. I started in person with him looking at the Chevy Trax. When he called me about one, I had changed my mind to an Equinox. He searched the inventory and found one for me that was perfect. He kept in contact with me through everything. Joe treats you just like family. I would recommend Lucas Chevy for your next car. Be sure to ask for Joe when you get there!!

The staff is always very nice. They try there best to service your vehicle to the best of their ability. The only complaint I have is the last truck l bought they really put it to me with the finance rate from GM. And I believe because that was the fifth truck I have bought and have been a loyal customer for so long they could done much better. They knew I was in a jam at the time. Because of what happened to my last truck .
My only contact with this dealer was with Mayor Jim and the driver who delivered the vehicle and both experiences were excellent.
As of now not a problem at Lucas Chevrolet and I’m hard to please

Sold me a car with no coolant or brake fluid.Advised them to fix it, they said they will fix it. Had to leave my car at the dealer to get that corrected and they never did. Tried to convince me to the car home with no gas, detail and fluids . Unprofessional team. Had to call repeatedly to get any answers.
Service on oil change is good they wanna diagnose my symptoms or my radio and they wanted 215 just to look at it. Half an hour comes back tells me I need $1800 to repair the problem they could not pinpoint exactly what it is so they told me I need to replace my radio my chip and my plug-in because all they wanna do is guess at it and throw money at it, and hoping a sucker will hook through the hook not me.
