The 2027 Corvette Grand Sport and Grand Sport X share wide-body styling and LS6 V8 character, with two different drivetrains. Grand Sport sends its power to the rear wheels; Grand Sport X adds an electric front axle for hybrid all-wheel drive. The shared body treatment does not make the two drivetrains interchangeable. Grand Sport X manages gasoline and electric propulsion together; rear-drive Grand Sport focuses the LS6’s output through the rear axle. The rear-drive Grand Sport uses Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0 and forged-aluminum wheels. Its Z52 Sport Performance Package adds performance brakes and high-performance tires. The Z52 Track Performance Package combines carbon ceramic brakes, Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires, quad center exhaust and the Carbon Fiber Aero Package.
Choose the package as a complete hardware selection. The aero package includes a high wing, dive planes, rockers and a front splitter. The X’s front electric drive unit works with the rear V8, producing the combined system output. Its hybrid propulsion is part of the driving experience, rather than an equipment grade or an appearance package. Review the drive information and available modes during a parked demonstration, then experience the car’s ordinary road behavior on the agreed route.
Stealth Mode provides an electric-only departure under its operating conditions. Grand Sport X also has a Shuttle Mode for moving around a driveway or garage; that mode is separate from public-road driving. Have our team demonstrate the difference before using either function. GT1 seats are standard on Grand Sport 1LT and 2LT, GT2 seats are available on 2LT and standard on 3LT, and Competition Sport seating offers another configuration.
